Hey, I’m Jake.
This is me, my name is Jake Watembach, I am the founder of the studio. Its just me in the studio.
A little about me is I was born and raised in Colorado, and I currently live in Denver. I have always enjoyed working on coding projects, and I started my first software company when I was 12 with Watembachs Websites where I made websites for local businesses.
I first got interested in game development with Roblox, I thought it was so incredible how I could build a game and real people around the world would play it and I would get 'money' for it. Since then I have built various games, with my favorite project being Lifespans.
Sonder has always intrigued me, ever since I was little with those real people playing my Roblox games. Building a game around that concept has been nothing short of incredible to see the lives that people have lived and the stories they have shared.
Now I can't wait to keep building projects like Summit Open Air and My Dream Gym: Sandbox, and I hope you'll stick around for the journey too.
